Processing Time

This is the time we need to process your shipment after we have received your order and physically dispatch it. It usually is 1 business day once the order is created.

*Processing time may be longer if your personal shipping info is incorrect, or mailing address is undeliverable, or other unexpected issues come up. In this case, we will contact you within 24 hours.

Shipping

Shipping timeframe after an order has been processed is 5-7 business days. Please note that if an order has been made over the weekend or holiday there may be a 2–3-day delay.

Care Instructions

• Wash hair gently a minimum once every two weeks
• Avoid excessive heat on the hair especially on the wavy/curly textures.
• Handle hair with care and avoid any heavy brushing.
• Always detangle hair starting with your ends moving upwards towards the roots.
• Use minimum product on the hair, but, when necessary only use light weight products.
